David Miller

Project Manager, ASLA - Landscape Architect, Land Planning & Design

Miller is a licensed landscape architect who brings energy, creativity, and thought-provoking ideas for every project he undertakes. Mr. Miller studied at the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Vicenza, Italy in 1998, and received a BA in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida in 2000. His extensive working knowledge of the greater Central Florida area has played an important role in the following projects: 

  • Florida Hospital Children’s Academy at Loch Haven in Orlando, FL

  • Fortune Road Athletic Complex, City of Kissimmee - Assisted in the design of 4 state-of-the-art baseball fields and athletic complex                          

  • First United Methodist Church - Created master plan of 78-acre site with 3D renderings of the signage/entry and athletic fields.

  • Good Samaritan Retirement Village - A 420-acre master planned community with projected new construction of approximately $150 million

  • Junction City Mixed-use – Peoria, Illinois

  • Pioneers World Headquarters - Created master plan of a 50-acre mixed use development on Lake Whippoorwill, Florida

  • Sanford Housing Authority

        The Villas At Castle Brewer - Renovation of 124 dwelling units

        New Town - A comprehensive redevelopment of 40 acres in Sanford, Florida

  • Strang Communications Corporate Offices - Designed the landscape architecture for the 40,000 s.f. addition to the existing office building

  • Orlando Junior Academy - Assisted the owner in providing landscape code evaluations of the 3.5 acre campus and developed a new site landscape plan

  • University Presbyterian Church - Created 20-acre master plan
