Michael McLeod is a veteran columnist, magazine journalist and educator who taught at the Ohio State University and the University of Central Florida.

Mr. McLeod has received multiple awards while writing for the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Orlando Sentinel and the Los Angeles Times. He is currently a columnist and feature writer for Orlando Magazine and Winter Park Magazine.

His current project is co-writing a book about the history of Rollins’ Hamilton Holt School, where he teaches courses in personal essay writing and composition.
